The Surry House Apartments are comprised of two, completely rehabbed 8 flat apartment buildings located on about 2 acres.  All apartments are 2 bedroom, one bath apartments.

Features of all apartments:

The living rooms are 15’6” x 11’6”, with large windows.
The eat-in kitchens (11’5” x 10’1”) have a pantry, self-cleaning gas ovens, refrigerators, ceiling can lighting, new floors and countertops with a built-in cutting board/hot plate.
The baths have ceramic tile floors and have been completely updated with a new tubs, sinks and toilets.

The building entrance doors are self-locking steel doors with steel frames and have an intercom for visitors.

The first floor laundry facility has a coin-operated, stacked Maytag Neptune style front loading washer/dryer.
The basement laundry facility has a conventional, coin-operated top loading washer and a front loading dryer.
